Mike Kudravetz focuses on intellectual property litigation, particularly cases related to patent infringement and unfair import practices before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and in federal district court. He handles cases involving a variety of electrical, mechanical, and chemical technologies.

Mike has experience in a wide array of ITC Section 337 investigation work, including pre-filing preparation and counseling, discovery and motions practice, pre-trial and trial strategy and advocacy, and appellate advocacy. He also litigates district court cases and advises on trade secret matters, patent and trade secret damages, and other specialized intellectual property issues. Mike has performed pro bono legal work on behalf of tenants in the DC Housing Court and for military veterans before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and has been recognized on the Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll.

Experience

Represented respondent Wuhan Healthgen Biotechnology Corporation in patent infringement and Lanham Act litigation involving rice-derived human albumin.
