JUVE
Finnegan is pleased to announce that the firm's Munich office was shortlisted for Patent Law Firm of the Year at the 2025 JUVE Awards. This award honors law firms that are dynamically developing in patent law, establishing a presence in important processes, supporting high-profile clients in contract drafting and portfolio management, and developing personnel.
Finnegan's Munich office was established in 2022 to enhance its footprint across Europe. The team represents prominent domestic and international industrial clients before all German patent infringement courts, the German Federal Patent Court, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), and the European Patent Office (EPO). In the past three years, we have managed over 40 patent litigation matters across these venues.
Our talent in Munich has deep experience in both infringement and validity proceedings. In collaboration with our London office, we have an integrated European patent practice comprised of more than 40 seasoned IP litigators. This enables us to effectively navigate complex IP disputes and leverage multi-jurisdictional coordination.
The 2025 JUVE award ceremony will take place on October 30th at the Alte Oper Frankfurt.
