Finnegan was shortlisted for the 2020 LMG Life Sciences Awards in the categories of Patent Strategy Firm of the Year; Inter Partes Review Firm of the Year; Firm of the Year - Intellectual Property; Intellectual Property Boutique Firm of the Year; and Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Branded. Partners Jill MacAlpine, Leslie McDonell, and Barbara Rudolph were also shortlisted in the categories of Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – District of Columbia; Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – Massachusetts; and General Patent Litigator of the Year – District of Columbia, respectively.
