Managing Intellectual Property
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 25, 2025
WASHINGTON, DC—Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) held its 20th MIP Americas Awards on April 24th in New York City, recognizing excellence in multiple IP practice areas, across more than 50 jurisdictions. For the second consecutive year, Finnegan received the IP Boutique Firm of the Year Award, which celebrates firms that perform outstanding work and achieve excellent results in the field of intellectual property. Winners and finalists are determined through a rigorous, independent research process. Each year, researchers gather extensive data from thousands of IP firms, practitioners, and clients through interviews, emails, and surveys. Researchers review that data, focusing on significant work from the previous year, including case studies and publicly available records. As a finalist in more than a dozen categories at the 2025 MIP Americas Awards, Finnegan is proud to be recognized again this year for its successful representation of clients, involvement in notable cases, and for the firm’s continued contributions to the IP landscape.
