In the first year since the Unified Patent Court (UPC) opened its doors, the intellectual property community has overall praised the court.
Speaking with the Times, Finnegan partner Antje Brambrink said, “If the court is able to establish clear, predictable and reliable case law, it has the potential to become the number one patent venue within Europe.”
