A jury in the District Court for the District of Maryland handed a win to Finnegan client Under Armour on January 12, finding that Armorina, a women’s activewear company, infringed Under Armour’s trademark. The jury also agreed with the assertions of unfair competition and trademark dilution. The court subsequently issued a permanent injunction.
