Finnegan partner Aaron Capron was recognized by The Daily Journal on its 2023 Top Intellectual Property Lawyers list. The list honors top lawyers in California.
As a former patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with a background in electrical engineering, Aaron manages large portfolios with hundreds of patents for multinational clients. Aaron also works with innovative startup companies, which means he can work with worldwide titans as well as help fledgling companies build technology from scratch.
Aaron said, "Silicon Valley is a great place to be in my line of work. There's constant technological development, most recently in the AI [artificial intelligence] field. That has sparked inventions, and we have recently pursued patents in speech recognition technology and in image processing."
