Finnegan Named #1 Petitioner Law Firm at the PTAB in 2017

In its 2017 PTAB rankings, Managing Intellectual Property reported that Finnegan was the top petitioner law firm at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in 2017. According to data from Docket Navigator, Finnegan filed 96 petitions on behalf of petitioners. The firm took the #2 spot for its involvement at the PTAB on behalf of both petitioners and patent owners combined, with 139 proceedings overall in 2017. Finnegan placed in the top 10 for law firms representing patent owners. 

Additionally, Finnegan attorneys Josh Goldberg, Lionel Lavenue, Cory Bell, Bradford Schulz, Erika Arner, and James Barney were among the top 50 petitioner attorneys at the PTAB in 2017.
