Docket Navigator released its 2021 Patent Litigation Year in Review report, highlighting patent litigation trends in 2021. Finnegan ranked as a top firm for Hatch-Waxman ANDA cases in district courts and for post-grant review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The firm was also recognized as a key player in district court cases for both patentees and patent challengers. Finnegan came in with the highest case count on the chart showing top firms by PTAB institution success rate, which states that “…, all firms shown significantly outperformed their peers.”
Recognitions for individual Finnegan attorneys went to James Monroe, Erin Sommers, Ph.D., and Jeanette Roorda as leaders in Hatch-Waxman ANDA Cases, and to Cory Bell as a top PTAB practitioner by number of cases.
