Law360 released its 2019 Diversity Snapshot, naming Finnegan a top 10 firm for minority attorneys among firms with 150-299 lawyers. This ranking is among several other recent accolades the firm has received for its diversity efforts, including being ranked a top 10 “Best Law Firm for Diversity” in Vault’s 2020 Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms; a top 20 law firm for overall diversity in The American Lawyer’s 2019 survey of the leading 100 U.S. law firms; and scoring a perfect 100 in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality designation).
