Finnegan partners Anthony C. Tridico, Ph.D. and Eric P. Raciti will teach this two-day course in Stockholm, Sweden. Day 1 of the course will provide an introduction to the America Invents Act (AIA) and to the various legal issues that drive portfolio development strategies in the U.S. They will also focus on portfolio development issues, including tactics for efficiently drafting a global patent application.
