Finnegan partner Ming-Tao Yang will lecture on the topic of patent litigation management at the Advanced International Patent and Litigation Training Program for In-House Rising Stars, hosted by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) and organized by the National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
