In part two of his interview with IP WatchDog, Don Dunner, partner at Finnegan, tackles some of the hard issues such as which Federal Circuit judges ask the difficult questions, and what candidates he believes are qualified for future federal circuit vacancies. Dunner discusses why and how the Federal Circuit was created as a specialty court, and the hostility associated with it and also addressing Congressman Issa’s recent involvement to create a new trial court.
