Otsuka Targets Apotex in Latest Suit Over Generic Abilify®

On Monday, September 10, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., filed suit alleging that Apotex “is seeking approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to sell a knockoff version of Abilify®. Abilify® is an antipsychotic and antidepressant drug used to treat schizophrenia and other mental disorders.” Finnegan represents Otsuka in this matter.
