The International Trade Commission (ITC) will begin an investigation into a claim that Nintendo Co.’s Wii gaming system infringes on several Creative Kingdoms LLC patents. The patents at issue are for motion-activated and hand-held devices used to control a motion-sensitive input device, according to Creative Kingdom’s complaint, and the base for their central product, MagiQuest. Creative Kingdoms is represented by Finnegan.
