Have Tech Patent Questions? Counsel Can Click for Answers

April 16, 2015

Corporate Counsel

Finnegan recently published the Advanced Technology Patent Report 2015, an eBook developed for patent practitioners, in-house counsel, and business managers involved in patent issues and disputes for their companies in the electrical and computer technology fields. The book is divided into four sections, covering trends and key developments in patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, district court litigation, and ITC litigation. Finnegan attorney and co-editor-in-chief C. Gregory Gramenopoulos told Corporate Counsel that there was a need to develop a resource that takes a comprehensive look at what’s happening in patent law. He referred to the eBook as “a portal to the patent world.”
