Finnegan's Alissa Lipton Named a National Law Journal 2015 “Boston Rising Star”

WASHINGTON, DC—The National Law Journal, in conjunction with the Connecticut Law Tribune, named Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP partner Alissa K. Lipton a 2015 “Boston Rising Star.” The annual award honors up-and-coming lawyers in the Boston area who have shown a commitment to the legal profession, made an impact in their communities, and have been recognized by their peers and the public.

Ms. Lipton’s practice focuses on patent litigation and pre-litigation counseling involving a wide range of technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device patents. She represents clients in U.S. district courts at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
