This article is a roundup of Finnegan’s offices, clients, litigation, and statistics. The total number of lawyers was down in 2009, although the number of Atlanta lawyers and partners rose. Finnegan’s Atlanta office is the fifth largest in the city. Litigation includes a favorable ruling for Finnegan client Mitsubishi (Roger Taylor, Thomas Winland, and Naoki Yoshida represented the firm in the case); a current case with FedEx (Finnegan partner Virginia Carron represents FedEx); and two patent actions involving Marvell Semiconductor (Roger Taylor, Larry O’Rourke, and Lily Lim are handling the case).
