Among Washington, DC law firms, Finnegan has the most comprehensive pro bono program of its kind that helps veterans appeal denied benefits at the Federal Circuit. Over the last three years, Finnegan has worked with 455 veterans across the country to appeal denial of benefits. Finnegan represents veterans from almost every state and currently has over 100 appeals pending before the Federal Circuit.
