Basics of Licensing, Considerations for License Agreements

As part of American Chemical Society’s Chemistry and the Law webinar series, Finnegan partners Krista Bianco and Brian Kacedon will provide an overview of IP licensing, including basics on the types of licenses and the key clauses found in most licenses.
