Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV has filed a lawsuit against Pixelrange Inc. and James Thomas Engineering Ltd. alleging the companies are infringing six patents covering a light-emitting diode system. The suit seeks a judgment of infringement and an injunction enjoining Pixelrange and James Thomas from producing goods that infringe the six patents. Philips has also asked the court for damages and increased damages for willfulness. Philips is represented by Finnegan in this matter.
