On Friday, May 30, Judge Sharon Prost will succeed Judge Rader as the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In this article, Finnegan partner Donald R. Dunner provided insight on Judge Prost. “I think she’ll be an excellent chief judge,” he said. “She’s extremely well-liked by her colleagues, and the first thing about being chief judge is how you get along with your colleagues.” Dunner also reflected that Judge Prost is “very respectful on the bench and never asks hostile questions.”
