Finnegan client Linex Technologies Inc. brought action yesterday in Federal District Court, Delaware and in the International Trade Commission (ITC) against Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Aruba Networks Inc., Meru Networks, and Ruckus Wireless Inc. regarding two patents owned by Linex. The suit alleges that the patented technology covers the MIMO mode under the IEEE 802.11n wireless standard which is used by numerous products manufactured by the defendants. Finnegan is representing Linex in this matter.
