June 27, 2017

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 27, 2017

WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan is a "leading firm" in the 2017 Chambers Associate Guide. Associates named Finnegan "the go-to IP firm in the [United States]," citing the firm’s reputation as a driving force for wanting to work there. They also noted the firm’s team mentality and the opportunities to work on a variety of matters, including district court cases, International Trade Commission (ITC) cases, appeals, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings. When it comes to diversity, associates said, "…this is the best firm I've seen for women advancing to leadership."

The guide ranks firms in several categories: Most Satisfied Associates, Benefits and Lifestyle, Pro Bono, and Diversity. More specifically, the firm ranked in the top 10 for Most Satisfied Associates and Pro Bono. Researchers conduct in-depth telephone interviews with thousands of junior associates on topics such as day-to-day work, work/life balance, pro bono, diversity, and personal development. All feedback is attributed anonymously so interviewees can speak candidly.
