Corporate Counsel recently released its 2015 Patent Litigation Survey, highlighting law firms that have demonstrated their intellectual property expertise and proven they can handle the recent influx of cases in the changing patent litigation landscape. Finnegan ranked second in the survey, having handled 94 federal district court patent suits in 2014.
