WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP partner Justin J. Hasford was recently selected as a member of the 2015 class of American Chemical Society (ACS) Fellows. ACS Fellows are nominated by their peers and selected for their contributions, achievements, and volunteer service in the profession and the community.
Mr. Hasford focuses his practice on complex patent litigation at the trial and appellate levels on behalf of innovative pharmaceutical companies. He has particular experience with cases arising from Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
