Zeneca Ltd. v. Pharmachemie BV

Served as trial counsel in a jury trial brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act, pertaining to the ground-breaking breast cancer treatment, Nolvadex®.  The jury rendered a verdict in favor of Zeneca Ltd.  Also represented Zeneca with respect to two other, separate generic challenges brought against Novopharm and Mylan in different district courts with respect to Nolvadex®. Secured a win for Zeneca in one of the cases; the other case settled.
