Bob High, a former law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, focuses on patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, and appeals. He represents clients across industries developing many different innovations, including mechanical, aerospace, medical device, electrical, and computer technologies.

Bob handles intellectual property disputes in U.S. district courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Offices (USPTO), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Federal Circuit.
