His patent litigation experience encompasses litigation related to the Hatch-Waxman Act involving Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA); cases related to the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA): and international arbitrations. Emmanuel's experience in data privacy includes assessing requirements for compliance with data protection laws and conducting risk assessments. He focuses on privacy compliance and governance, such as creating and reviewing privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, and providing counsel on international data transfer regulations.
