Associate
Connor McGregor litigates complex patent cases in U.S. district courts, from inception through trial, as well as through arbitration proceedings. He applies technical fluency and industry experience to matters across a wide range of technologies, leveraging his background in structural and construction engineering.
Connor handles all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trial. His experience drafting and prosecuting patents complements his litigation practice.
In law school, Connor was a student attorney for the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, helping inventors and startup businesses build foundational IP and understand the value in securing protections. Prior to his legal career, Connor worked in the construction industry, focusing on heavy civil design and construction engineering.
Connor is dedicated to his pro bono practice. His work includes assisting with obtaining asylum for refugees.
