Hosted by Korean Electronics Association (KEA), Finnegan partners Andy Sonu, Darren Jiron, Smith Brittingham, and Raj Gupta will present tips to effective patent litigation in the United States to KEA members through a mock trial demonstration. The program will cover Markman summary, judgement hearings, and settlement negotiations. This event will take place in Seoul, Korea.
