April 19, 2016

Webinar

ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law

As a part of the American Bar Association’s Landslide webinar series, Finnegan partner Eric P. Raciti will participate in the panel discussion, “The Dos and Don'ts of Functional Claiming After Williamson v. Citrix." The webinar will explore the implications of the decision, addressing the new standard laid down by Williamson and follow-on decisions applying the standard. Panelists will also discuss practices and tips for drafters on how to restructure claim language in light of Williamson and strategies that opinion and litigation counsel can use to evaluate and challenge competitor patents drafted under the pre-Williamson presumption. For more information, or to register, please see the ABA’s website.
