Protecting Your Life Sciences Innovations: Challenges in the USA and Europe

Finnegan attorneys Maeve O’Flynn, Amanda Murphy and Yieyie Yang will discuss post grant challenges to patents that can be launched in the USA and in Europe, highlighting the opportunities and potential pitfalls within the two legal systems.
