Post-Grant Procedures at the USPTO

Finnegan partners Anthony Tridico and Leythem Wall will lead Forum Institute for Management's course addressing U.S. post-grant proceedings in comparison to European Patent Office proceedings. The program will consider invalidating third-party patents; post-grant strategies; and how to prepare as a defendant before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
