American Chemical Society National Meeting: Chemistry for New Frontiers

Finnegan attorneys Shana Cyr and David Weingarten will preside over the Division of Chemistry and the Law (CHAL) symposium "Patent Insights for Pharmaceutical Companies" during the American Chemical Society National Meeting: Chemistry for New Frontiers. David Weingarten will preside over the Division of Organic Chemistry (ORGN) symposium "New Reactions & Methodology."

Additionally, Shana Cyr will present “Patent Litigation Under the Hatch-Waxman Act.” David Weingarten will present “Patent Prosecution and Portfolio Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry” and will co-present “Post-Grant Review in Hatch-Waxman Litigation” with Katherine Leonard. Shana Cyr and Megan Meyers will co-present “Trade Secret Strategies for Pharmaceutical Innovations” and Krista Bianco and Sofia Santos will co-present “Beyond the Bench: Non-Traditional Careers in Chemistry.” The program will take place in Orlando, Florida.
