David Weingarten will preside over the Division of Organic Chemistry (ORGN) symposium "New Reactions & Methodology."
Additionally, Shana Cyr will present “Patent Litigation Under the Hatch-Waxman Act.” David Weingarten will present “Patent Prosecution and Portfolio Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry” and will co-present “Post-Grant Review in Hatch-Waxman Litigation” with Katherine Leonard. Shana Cyr and Megan Meyers will co-present “Trade Secret Strategies for Pharmaceutical Innovations” and Krista Bianco and Sofia Santos will co-present “Beyond the Bench: Non-Traditional Careers in Chemistry.” The program will take place in Orlando, Florida.
