Finnegan Seoul Office is pleased to announce the return of its annual patent law and practice seminar. This year’s topic is Patent Litigation in the Eastern District of Texas (EDTX). EDTX is the most active venue for patent litigation in the United States, and it is also where Korean companies are most often sued for patent infringement. We will discuss the rules, practices and strategy considerations related to EDTX that Korean companies should know to better manage an EDTX suit.
