Under Armour Says 'Inner Armour' Rips Off Trademark

On Tuesday, May 6, Under Amour filed a trademark infringement suit in Maryland federal court “against a company that markets dietary supplements and athletic clothing under the brand name ‘Inner Armour,’ saying its products are too similar to Under Armour’s own well-known product line.” Finnegan represents Under Armour in this matter.
