Law360’s 2021 Glass Ceiling Report analyzed female attorney representation from 277 law firms, reporting only incremental growth in the number of female lawyers in private practice in the United States. Women continue to be underrepresented at U.S. law firms, particularly in the partnership ranks. Despite the data, Law360 noted some firms are demonstrating efforts towards parity and recognized Finnegan as a top 10 “Ceiling Smasher” firm for its efforts in progressing women as equity partners.
