The Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) program provides opportunities for junior attorneys to present arguments in front of the PTAB. According to PTAB statistics, Finnegan is one of the top participating firms with nine LEAP arguments.
