Rankings: The Top PTAB Petitioners, Patent Owners and Law Firms in 2018

Managing Intellectual Property analyzed data from Docket Navigator to report on the top law firms and attorneys at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in 2018. Finnegan was ranked a top five law firm on behalf of petitioners, with 64 petitions filed last year. The firm also ranked in the top five for filings on behalf of both petitioners and patent owners combined, with 90 filings. Finnegan associate Cory Bell was also recognized as a top 50 attorney in proceedings at the PTAB in 2018.
