PTAB Rankings: The Top Petitioners, Patent Owners, and Law Firms in 2019

Finnegan ranked in the top three for law firms representing petitioners and patent owners in PTAB proceedings filed in 2019, according to Managing Intellectual Property’s data analysis of annual PTAB activity reporting by Docket Navigator. The analysis goes on to show Finnegan ranked in the top five for representing petitioners and the top ten for patent owners. Finnegan partners Erika Arner, Cory Bell, and Josh Goldberg were each recognized as top petitioner and patent owner attorneys at the PTAB in 2019.
