PTAB H1 Filing Rankings: Top Petitioners, Owners and Law Firms

According to data pulled from Docket Navigator, Finnegan was the top law firm for petitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) during the first half of 2020. Finnegan filed 53 petitions on behalf of clients and was also listed as a top law firm for patent owners. Erika Arner was recognized as a top 10 attorney for petitioners at the PTAB during that same time period, having filed 26.
