PTAB Filings H1 2021: Top Petitioners, Patentees and Law Firms

Managing Intellectual Property examined activity at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for the first half of 2021. Finnegan took the second spot for representing both petitioners and patent owners with 61 total proceedings. The firm came in second on behalf of petitioners with 49 filings. Finnegan partners Cory Bell and David Reese were among the top 10 attorneys for petitioners in the first half of 2021, and partner Lionel Lavenue placed in the top 25 on behalf of petitioners.
