Managing Intellectual Property analyzed data from Docket Navigator to determine the top petitioners, patent owners, and law firms by volume of proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in 2020. Finnegan ranked second overall with 123 total proceedings, second representing petitioners, and in the top 10 for representing patent owners. Finnegan partner Erika Arner ranked 5^th in the Top 50 petitioner and patent owner attorneys at the PTAB in 2020.
