ParkerVision Inc. announced on June 26, that they added Finnegan partner Donald R. Dunner, “a heavyweight appellate counsel”, to its legal team as it prepares to appeal to the Federal Circuit. ParkerVision is appealing a ruling that threw out its $173 million jury verdict win against Qualcomm Inc. in a case that involved smartphone circuit technology.
