Finnegan's pro bono work with landlord tenant cases was recently featured in an article written in The Almanac. A family in Menlo Park, CA found themselves battling with their property manager, who unfairly enforced significant rent increases and frequently complained about the noise and visitors in their apartment, making it an uncomfortable living situation for the family. The family sought help from Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, an organization that Finnegan partner Justin Hendrix works with to handle pro bono landlord tenant cases.
