Nintendo Faces ITC Suit Over Wii Video Game System

Creative Kingdoms LLC filed a complaint on Monday against Nintendo Co. Ltd, which alleges that the wireless controllers used in Nintendo’s Wii infringe on four of it’s patents.  Creative Kingdoms' MagiQuest also has wireless remote controls, which act as wands in the gaming system, and operate similar to Wii’s wireless remotes.  Creative Kingdoms LLC is represented by Finnegan.
