Managing Intellectual Property announced the shortlists for its 2024 Americas Awards. Finnegan and its attorneys were shortlisted for nine awards in the following categories:

• Firm of the Year for IP
• National
  • Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution
  • Firm of the Year – PTAB
  • Firm of the Year – ITC
  • IP Boutique Firm of the Year
• Individual
  • Practitioner of the Year (PTAB) – Pier DeRoo
  • Practitioner of the Year (Trademark Prosecution) – Danny Awdeh
  • Practitioner of the Year (ITC) – Lionel Lavenue
  • Litigator of the Year (DC Metro) – Danielle Duszczyszyn

The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony, which will be held at the JW Marriott Essex House in New York City on April 25, 2024.
