Managing Intellectual Property Recognizes Finnegan Trademark Attorneys as 2020 Rising Stars

WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan attorneys Sydney English and Morgan Smith were named 2020 Managing Intellectual Property Rising Stars. Rising Stars are junior IP practitioners in private practice who have contributed to the success of their firms and clients.

Sydney’s practice focuses on trademark and false advertising litigation before the federal trial and appellate courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Her practice also includes trademark and design prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement in the United States and abroad. Morgan focuses on trademark and false advertising litigation before federal district courts and the TTAB. She litigates cases and manages enforcement efforts for some of the world’s most renowned brands, representing clients in a diverse range of industries, including sports equipment, apparel, food and beverage, travel, consumer electronics, personal healthcare, video games, pet products and services, automotive, and telecommunications.
