Managing Intellectual Property Names Finnegan a Tier 1 Firm in 2021 IP Stars Rankings

Managing Intellectual Property

Managing Intellectual Property released its 2021 IP Stars rankings, honoring Finnegan as a Tier 1 firm for International Trade Commission (ITC) and Life Sciences. The firm was also highly recommended for intellectual property in Georgia and Virginia.

In the past five years, Finnegan attorneys have been involved in nearly 15 percent of ITC Section 337 cases; over 130 of the firm’s attorneys have litigated at the ITC. Our Life Sciences practice includes more than 250 attorneys and professionals. Many hold advanced degrees in relevant scientific disciplines such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacology, biomedical engineering, or electrical engineering. A significant number have substantial research and/or industry experience, and many joined Finnegan after holding positions in industry, at universities, or as examiners with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
